Amidst this rapidly evolving competitive scenario, having internationally certified systems and professionals has become the top most priority for most BPO organizations and they have been approaching global bodies like BCI (BPO Certification Institute Inc.), United States to get their processes and systems certified.

BCI is the world’s foremost standards body for the BPO industry and has established state-of-the-art standards on Talent Management Systems (TMMS - Talent Management Master Standards), Service Delivery Systems (SDMS – Service Delivery Master Standards) and Human Competence (HCMS – Human Competence Master Standards). BCI offers 17 professional certifications based on its HCMS.

It’s Enterprise-level certifications - the BSDQ22 and the BTMQ10 are founded on the SDMS and the TMMS, and are awarded to BPO organizations after they have implemented the SDMS and TMMS.
